Day 2 of healthiness in the books!
I started the day with a healthy smoothie and ended the day with 3 glasses of Maker’s Mark and a few assorted other beverages. I think I’m on the right track! The pounds are melting away already…
Why is being “healthy” so difficult?
Good News!!!… my app tells me that I’ve walked 10,165 steps! That’s 4.73 miles and 429 calories!
I actually did have a “healthier” dinner than I’ve had in the past. Salmon and a side of cannellini beans with kale. Have you heard of kale? Apparently it is some sort of super food! I’m hoping the super powers kick in quick…I need to shed a few lbs.
