Aside from my healthy breakfasts and my daily 7-minute workouts, the one aspect that I am really surprising myself with is my ability to walk. I’ve got this app that tracks my steps. I’m pretty sure it tracks other aspects of my day, but who has time to log in all that extraneous information? I’m interested in how many times my feet take a step. Frankly, I don’t know how accurate this thing really is. It works on GPS location. I could cheat and sit on a rolling chair to really raise my number of steps, but I’m trying to be as accurate as possible. So far, I’ve taken 200,333 steps in the month of January….and there are still 5 days remaining! I really going to try my hardest to walk during the next 5 days.
