So, I’m back at it…blogging and physical activity. I told myself that I should be more active, both in blogging and my physical fitness. So, it’s January 1st and here’s the first post.
I went out and bought one of those Fitbits. I had enough with my sedentary lifestyle. It was getting disgusting. And when I say “it,” I mean my belly. I needed a little motivation. I thought that if I had something on my wrist telling me how many steps I’ve walked and how many calories I’ve burned, then I’d be motivated to put up some positive numbers. Nothing says, “get your butt off the couch and get movin'” like some wearable technology. (sorry for the salty language)
I opted for the Fitbit Charge. This version has an LED screen that can give you updates on all your physical stats. The best part….you can double tap the band and the screen will give you the time!!
I’ve been wearing the Fitbit for 2 days and I’ve already beat my personal best.
